Problems receiving faxes on your Mac?

PROBLEM: No difficulty sending, just receiving faxes on the Mac.

I can send faxes from my Mac easy enough (just plug a phone cord in whenever I need to), but receiving faxes on my Mac is a pain. I don’t like having to wait around by the computer to accept the fax but I also don’t want to have have the built-in fax answer all calls because it’s my home phone line…

Plus the way the built-in fax software in OSX organizes faxes is lame!

Internet Fax For Mac or Modem?

If you’re a low volume fax user on a Mac that doesn’t send or receive a whole lot of faxes but needs to be able to do either whenever necessary, you have 2 basic choices…

1. Use the modem and live with some real functional limitations.
